That is my build and I will probably be buying these parts next week as I would like to play in time for the titanfall beta. Also not so sure about the mobo, I would like it a bit cheaper but I heard it was pretty good and it seems to be worth it.

I would just like some comments/opinions on this build at the moment. And any things i should look out for when I actually start building my pc

Thanks

Is there any major reason you need Win8 Pro?

EDIT: As above, consider an SSD.

Can't easily drop it back much further without losing the 770 (EDIT: Or the Phantom; if you're OK with a cheaper case we can get back to your budget easily).

There's no reason why you can't SLI 770s (though for either of them you'll need a beefier PSU. How serious are you about it?).

Solution
As for the GPU I would agree go for the GTX 770 if you can manage it into your budget. SSD's are nice but if it came down to it I would upgrade the GPU over getting a SSD now if the money is a issue. It could be added at a later date if you needed to. But get the best performing single card you can get now would be a better option. You will be much happier with the GTX 770 over the GTX 760.

I may actually be able to increase my budget and get a msi 770 because from what I have heard it surpasses the 760 by far, so I might be able to start off with a 770. Later I will probably get another 770 and an SSD for now I want to keep it simple. Thanks for all your help/input :D . I will probably be building it next weekend. I would be awesome if you guys checked my pcpartpicker thing cus I will put pics up on there. Thanks
