I am using the 2TB drive for my system for a year , now want to change to use SSD
I found two in the amazon which are quite affordable for me
one is Samsung Electronics 840 EVO-Series 120GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Single Unit Version Internal Solid State Drive MZ-7TE120BW
http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Electronics-EVO-Series-2-5-Inch-MZ-7TE120BW/dp/B00E3W15P0/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1391941657&sr=8-2&keywords=SSD
and one is Kingston HyperX 3K 120 GB SATA III 2.5-Inch 6.0 Gb/s Solid State Drive SH103S3/120G
http://www.amazon.com/Kingston-HyperX-2-5-Inch-SH103S3-120G/dp/B007R67FNA/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1391941657&sr=8-8&keywords=SSD
The read and write speed of the kingston ssd is faster than samsung's but still cheaper , i wonder why . Which brand is better ? There is only 50 HKD difference
Also i want to is there any method to change my whole windows system form the 2TB drive to the SSD ?

Solution
I have that same Kingston. No problems with it so far (16 months).

As for your other question:
I always recommend a clean install on a new SSD.
