The i5-4570 has a turbo of 3.6 GHz, could I lock the turbo on this motherboard and run it at 3.6 GHz all of the time?

Turbo boost every time runs your CPU at 3.6Ghz when your system need this and drops to 800Mhz to economy electricity, why you need this?

I thought turbo ran with applications, I want to lock it in for games as a theoretical overclock.

No Turbo boost run every time when PC needs turbo. It,s not necessary because in games Turbo runs every time when games need Turbo so i think it impossible because it's not necessary
