This is a legacy issue or a well known problem and has many different solutions that may or may not work for you. Please read this:

There off the top is a solution that hopefully works and you are done. It usually has to do with issues with the drivers playing well with your system which may require an update of your drivers, bios, or any combination. Before just updating and trying that if you haven't already, again please read the linked forum and try starting there. Hope this resolves your issue!
