I am gonna buy a new computer with the following specs:
Processor:Intel i5 3rd gen;
Hdd:1tb seagate;
RAM;4gb
Budget:27000INR($435.58)
Do i need to buy a graphic card to play high end games like battlefield 4,cod ghosts,fifa 14...etc...
If yes,pls recommend me a cheap and best graphic card below 60 dollars...or slightly more than that

Don't expect to play those games higher than low settings, especially if you only have a $60 budget for a graphics card. Save up until you can get something like a 7770.
