I believe the Bios should be the same as the other 990fx MSI Boards.

Phenom II X2 555, I manage to OC to 3.86 GHz or something with its stock cooler, core tempretures are 30 degree c each, I once used overdrive to OC it to 3.9 an 4 GHz but it was unstable so this time I used the BIOS and stopped before reaching 3.9 GHz. When I ran windows 7 performance index assessment it showed the same results as when it was at its stock clock though.

Don't bother with "windows 7 performance index assessment".
Cinebench r11.5 or the latest one r15 is a good benchmark to test cpu performance increase.
