Maximum Possible Overclock

This is my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2Q1Kj.
Out of this build what are the overclockable components and mention me the maximum limit I can take them up ? My average room temperature is 30c. Also hive me the required instructions. And also for CPU overclocking whether bios or software is better ? I am a beginner in overclocking. Thanks in advance.

to elaborate what rgd1101 said, it all comes down to how lucky you are and how good a chip you get. in most cases you're likely to get anywhere between 4.6 - 5.2ghz if reviews were any indication, though those were used in conjunction with a high-end cooler & motherboard.

with a decent enough cooler & a cheap 970 board, i reckon you could still OC it up around that 4.6-5.0ghz range, stable, provided you got lucky and got a chip you could OC without tweaking on the voltage so much. no way of knowing till you give it a try.
