Strange Network Problem

As the thread states, I have a strange connectivity issue. I don't know if I make sense, but here goes.

I have two wireless networks in my work place. SSID "own". I have this modem-router in my building. speedtest.net indicates 0.9Mbps.

The second one is "office", whose modem is in another building(50m cat6 cabling) and is connected to a switch in my building and to a router. speedtest.net indicates 39Mbps.

I can access internet from both wireless networks separately. No problems with that.

Now, the problem is some sites and downloads (pdf's mainly) are not opening with the faster connection. It gives an error saying "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to ". But other websites have no problems at the same instance.

When I switch to the other network, I can access/ download those pages without any problem.

Hope I made my problem clear. Any Help would be appreciated.

Ya. no problem with the PDF's. I'll try downloading firefox and try. P.S. Flash is updating as I write this reply, and it is taking more than 8 minutes to download 16MB. @ 32.85Mbps(checked now) connection.

I'll download firefox, check and then I'll reply again.

I checked with firefox, still the same problem. If I change the network, its working fine. What could be the problem?

My apologies for the late reply.

No. I do not have any QOS settings in the router. If it was QOS problem then why am I facing problems only with few websites?
