Laptop keeps frezzing on fresh install when installing wi-fi drivers?

I have a Toshiba satellite c660-2KE and I did a fresh install of windows 7 but every time I stat installing the Wi-Fi drivers it freezes and then wont start back up again. Its fine when I install the display drivers and that

Try to install the latest driver from Lappy's vendor site, see what happen !

Did you tried it on a fresh install ? if not then format and clean install the OS again, and download the latest driver from site using a different PC, then transfer it to your Lappy and try to install it.

If the problem persists contact the vendor, maybe your network adapter is broken or damaged.

Yes its a fresh install and we have also done all of that!

We replaced the wi-fi card and everything worked fine :)
