I am looking to build a PC myself for the first time. I am pretty set on this CPU as I hear great things about it for the price.

My goal is to play BF4 @ 1440x900 (this is all monitor supports) 60 FPS on High settings.

I have a few questions.....
Will this setup do the job?
Is there anything is the same price range that would give better performance?
IF I choose these parts, would I get any benefit from an Overclock? I am also going to buy a 212 Evo cooler if I can get more performance from an OC.
Thanks for your help! Here is my build so far.

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($114.48 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock 880GM-LE FX Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($64.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: A-Data XPG V1.0 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($79.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($50.90 @ Amazon)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 660 2GB Video Card ($179.99 @ NCIX US)
Case: Thermaltake Commander MS/I Snow Edition (White/Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($34.99 @ Microcenter)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($54.99 @ Microcenter)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NS95 DVD/CD Writer ($21.14 @ Amazon)
Total: $601.46

I am doing some research and it seems that this 660 might struggle to hit my goals, especially if I decide to upgrade my monitor. I may just go with the 770 or an R9 270x. Thoughts?
