Hi, im new here and english is not my native language, so please bear with me. Thank You.

So for my new pc im deciding between i7 4770k and FX-9590. I will be using it mostly for gaming, I plan to OC the CPU and cool it iwth Corsair H100i.

Second is the GPU. My first choice is R9 290x, unless GF 780Ti is better.

And the rest is:16gb RAM, Fractal design R4, Corsair AX860, Seagate Baraccuda 2TB.

Also, what MBO would you suggest ? For intel i was thinking Biostar Hi-Fi Z87x 3D, im planning to use a 5.1 audio system. I also read its decent board for OC.

And for upgrade, im going to upgrade my old rig for my brother, but im on a tight budget, 600$, im looking for a MBO, CPU, GPU, RAM and HDD. I have a Chieftec 550W PSU, which served me pretty well, so im thinking of keeping it, along with the case, thermaltake swing.

I know Im asking a lot, but if you can help me, please do. Ty

The i7 4770k performs faster and is overclockable, but the FX-9590 has more cores. The 780Ti is faster than R9 290X, it is the fastest. Corsair's a good memory brand, the Corsair PSU will also do good. If you want, you can add an SSD along with the HDD. The Samsung 840 Pro SSD is VERY fast. I would pick the ASUS mobo instead of Biostar. It has 8.1 audio channels, and is good for OC.

Shipping and stuff will make you pay more than 600 bucks. :(

You'll need to add a copy of Windows 7/8 to each of those full builds (unless you have a Full-Retail version of OS, which can be re-used, all other versions can not be moved...)

BTW, what's IN the old build? (you can frequently just upgrade power supply and GPU and breath a TON of life into most older systems..... well, unless its a really old single or dual core CPU.....)

Yeah, I'd retire that system. (adding a GPU would help, but, the dual core would really hold it back) If you keep it intact you might be able to sell it off to someone looking for a basic websurfer system.....
