So, no forum has given me a working solution for fixing this shit. Fps caps to 30 and stutters to the point its unplayable.
Tried turning down PhysX, updated mobo bios and no effect. It cant be a CPU bottleneck or because the hardware. All other games run normally.
Specs;
FX 8350 @4.2 Ghz.
GTX 760 TF 2GB with voltage overclocks @ 1200Mhz boost clock.
8Gb ram.
on a Asus M5A99X evo R2.0.
Installed to a HDD partition from Steam.
