How do I reset Asrock n68-s3 fx bios to default?

I want to reset my bios, but I don't know how

Dear power on your PC. When prompt for press Del or whatever key it shows to enter into BIOS do it. From there search for Load Bios Defaults and restart. That's it.

It says to press F2 or Del but when I press It, nothing happens, seems like if I didn't press a thing and windows starts normally

Ok. Pl check your keyboard connectivity and also confirm if it is PS2/USB or wireless keyboard. Your reply would be helpful in guiding the rest of the process.
