Can a GTX760 or an R9 270x with this PSU

As the title says i made an older post asking some things about PSU and GPUs but my atm PSU can run something above 650,so ill get a new one.I saw this PSU
"XFX Power Supply 650W ATX 24 pin Pro Series XXX Edition" is it good enough for a GTX760 or an R9 270x ?

Yes it's more then enough for gtx 760 or r9 270x...you can go with 550w as well. What is rest of your pc spec

hmm dont be shocked its a very low end pc,thats why i want to upgrade it :p

Ya I mean if you are going to just upgrade your gpu right now that 550w is more than enough for your system but your CPU will bottleneck your new gpu...I would strongly recommend you to upgrade your CPU and mobo as well if you have the money. Also what is your ram size?

English is not my mother language but i think that you mean my current CPU wont allow my new GPU to give its 100%,right ?Also my RAM is at 4GB.

That is correct your current CPU won't let gtx 760 or r9 270x whichever you get to fully give it's performance.
