I run 7 Ultimate and have had to do clean reinstalls 4 or 5 times due to corruption in the os. I just did another install last night, ran updates and no problems. Shut the system down to plug In my hdd and upon reboot it goes straight to repair screen telling me there's files that are corrupt... now last os install only lasted a month and it would auto run chkdsk and fix a bunch of errors about every other boot. I cant imagine it's software that is this bad over and over again....I think it's my ssd (OCZ Vertex 450) but want someone else's opinion before I really start bitching to OCZ/Toshiba as my ssd is still a supported warranty. .. thanks.

Hi

Do you do a full shut down or a suspend at end of day?

Failure Of windows to shutdown correctly has caused problems in the past if it switches off too early

As well as SSD suspect ram. Try ram test 86 or ram test 86+ on a bootable cd or USB memory stick
Best of luck

Memory, according to Windows Memory Diagnostic tool is fine. I usually leave the computer on and let it sleep when not in use. When I shut it down there were no issues, it didn't hang or have to force shut down..
