Need help on RAM

hi guys im planing on buying this ram http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/KHX16C9T3K2_8X.pdf
& the motherboard i got is http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4642#ov
ram is rated to run at 1600mhz with 1.65v will i be able to overclock it ?cuz my m/b memory info shows it supports 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 32 GB ??

I'd go with the motherboard specs if you want to be safe. Worst case is your motherboard essentially underclocks your memory to 1.5V and you end up with 1333Mhz or something.

I'd look for a good set of 1600/9 that runs at 1.5 (JEDEC standard for 1600), 1.65 is way to much to be running entry level 1600/9 sticks... for your mobo, I'd look at the GSkill Snipers or Ripjaws X in 1600.9 or even 8 at 1.5 - either line of DRAM will be much stronger and have some OC headroom
