pulls to much for the power supply as it is stock power supply is not efficient to hold the a card that power being pulled from the power supply neitherless it need to supply other compents also it may hold it at idle but not in use

No it means that the computer with HD7750 consumes 150watts! Has nothing to do with the size of the PSU!
