NEED BUDGET ATX Motherboard for ATHLON X4

Solution
Personally I would go with the MSI board, it has built in USB 3.0 ports and it uses many of the same CPU's that the Gigabyte board does. However if you plan on using multiple video cards or want more SATA ports and integrate HDMI graphics, the Gigabyte board will do better... It really comes down to personal preference. I use USB 3.0 and I have a dedicated graphics card with HDMI, so those point more towards the MSI board. I would use the MSI board for now and then look at another one later when I had a larger budget - but again, personal preference.

Thanks, I'm gonna go with the Gigabyte version because it is on sale. Also it supports FM2+ incase I want to upgrade to future CPUs later. It also has PCI Express 3.0 even though it is backwards compatible. Thanks for the suggestions, and the MSI version is outa stock on newegg XD

One last thing, will this build work?

It should work, but the power supply is a smaller one than I would go with. I would try to do a 500 w 80+ instead due to other items you may run down the road - I did not see mention of a dvd/blu-ray drive nor any hard drives, however they will still eat up power when you install them.

Also, I would look into a Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate install until the next Windows version comes out. But if you enjoy Windows 8 or have a touch screen you may like it better than I did.

Your build is perfectly fine. The power supply unit is perfect for the amount of power your graphic card and cpu eats and you will be able to overclock on it no problem. That build will work, although if you ever feel like upgrading your graphic card into a higher grade it will require you a minimum of 500w+ on nvidia(gpu)+intel/amd set up and 550/600w+ on amd(gpu)+intel(cpu)/amd(cpu) to upgrade so if you feel like sticking to amd I adivse getting a 600 w power supply but if price is a problem and you won't upgrade for a long there is no point in getting a bigger power supply unit

Oh and windows 8.1 is the best windows out there that has more features/faster responsive time/faster boot time and if u don't like the theme/new apps of windows 8.1 there is always the option to disable them and there you go,you'll have a windows 7 theme with windows 8.1 boot time/features

Everything in the build looks nice except for 2 things:
The motherboard and PSU,
I saw that the motherboard has A55 chip. I seen one with A88X. Is there a big difference?
These are the two
