http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2Qa1I So How much watt psu do I really need. I'm going to overclock my cpu. I was thinking of buying a 750 watt psu But can I also do it with 650 watt?

750W would be overkill on those specs.

This will be more than enough power for what you want to do.

Quite a ways, you will be pulling about 400W from the PSU at stock clocks, so you have a fair amount of headroom to OC with, your biggest issue will likely be keeping the GPU cool, that will probably limit the OC on that.
