Hi again, after my tos satellite decided not to turn on anymore (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2016331/toshiba-satellite-turns-secs.html#12642057) I borrowed an old-ish Lenovo T500 with no OS and non functional CD drive.
I installed win 7 64bit through a usb stick, installed all the drivers etc and now I sere that not all Fn combinations are functional. for example I cannot modify the brightness but I can put the laptop to sleep by using Fn+F4, which connects to my next issue:
When the laptop starts and after the windows is starting up screen, my screen gets blank, and in order to turn it back on I have to use the above combinaton to put the laptop to sleep and then turn it on again.
Any ideas how to fix these issues?
