AMD FX 8350 AND CoolerMaster Hyper L3??????

I have a CoolerMaster hyper L3 LGA 775, i want to know is this cooler is good for amd fx 8350,because everyone saying that the best solution for this CPU is Cooler Master 212 evo, i have using this cooler 4 years for my core 2 duo 7300 so is it good for amd fx 8350 or to buy new one???

It's for an LGA 775 socket only, it won't fit on the 8350, which is an AM3+ socket.

For a "Better than stock" and "cheap" heatsink and fan, the evo 212 is the best in it's range. You have to spend a lot more money on closed water cooling systems or other heatsinks to get anything better.
