Buddies computer stopped working, USB's have power, But do not work. No video output (mobo/GPU)

My question, How would one go about fixing this problem with no mouse/keyboard or video output!

Asus P8Z 68-v LX

if he has onboard graphics plug the monitor into that.get a ps2 keyboard if he has the plug in back of the computer for it. also try resetting the bios by either the jumper method (depends on mothereboard) or remove the cmos battery for a minute and then reinstall.you might also try turning off the psu switch in the back and holding down the power button for ten seconds.then try turning the psu back on and rebooting.what led up to this or did it just suddenly happen?

I appreciate the replies, Jnewegger, He does have a graphics card, he tried both, He has an intel i5 (Not sure of details I will give full details when he comes over in about 20-30 min) As far as troubleshooting he has insured it's not a bad stick of ram by removing all sticks and powering on.

Aldan, Unfortunately does not have a ps2 port. I will take your recommendations and get back to you!

Thanks!

Unfortunately I can't identify the exact cpu, we removed the gpu, reset battery method, jumped it with the 3 pins. Cpu led red, with a green motherboard light. The usbs do not have power 3.0 or 2.0 tried a 2.0 keyboard still no power. No on board graphics still. Also back case fan not running, the cpu heatsync fan and top chasy fans running slower than usual.
