Approximate Purchase Date: ASAP

Budget Range: Around 300... Lower the better ( including the OS ) for Hardware ; I will need a 24" monitor too ( nothing special, just cheap ) The 300 does not include the monitor. But does include the OS.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Home PC.

Are you buying a monitor: Yes

Parts to Upgrade: Just want it to run smooth. I will need HDMI out though..

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Any, but the less retailers the better.

Location: Maryland. I prefer online only.

Your Monitor Resolution: Not essential. Anything will work. Its a home PC.

Additional Comments: Id like the MB to have HDMI out if possible and I will like references for a cheap 24" monitor.

I should have posted it better.

Id like to be around 300 ( give or take, just lower 300's including the OS here ) on the PC build itself. Then the cost of the monitor etc too.

No gaming, just business work and internet use.
