Going to try to describe as much as possible for this.

Have a motorola cable modem going out. Wired to it there is a Linksys E3200 router wirelessly connected to it I have my notebook and it is working fine, able to see any network devices and internet works great.

As a client bridge set up from : http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Client_Bridged
The Client Bridge is a Buffalo G300N DD-WRT router. Both routers are up to date on firmware.

To that router I have my desktop. My desktop always has full access to the network. I can remote into the notebook (remote desktop, both are running windows 8.1) and when remoting in it I have internet access but for browsers on the desktop itself do not have internet access at the same time

If I restart my Buffalo router or my desktop it seems I get internet access for about 30 seconds or less then it goes away.

Linksys IP: 192.168.1.1
Buffalo IP: 192.168.1.6
Desktop IP (DHCP): 192.168.1.103

Buffalo is set up for the Linksys IP To be the gateway, tried using 0.0.0.0, the linksys IP, my local ISP DNS or google DNS servers for DNS and same issue

it seems when my desktop has no internet access I am unable to ping or access the web GUI of my modem which is 192.168.100.1

I have disabled IPv6 in both the linksys router and my desktop, same issue

plenty of other stuff tried I can't think of at the moment, been working on it for a couple days.

Please let me know any suggestions, answers, or if there is any troubleshooting I need to do I will try to complete it ASAP

It still drops a ton but I was able to get it "decently" connected by having both a static IP set (DHCP was grabbing a valid IP though) and having IPv6 disabled in Windows 8.1. If I did one or the other there was no change, but when having both I can connect but just about every 4-5 web pages I access will time out and have to load it again
