Specs:
pentium d 945
4gb ddr2 ram
375w psu
nvidia geforce 6800

I need a temp. gpu for my computer until i buy / make a new computer. Replacing the geforce6800 with either the:

HD 6570
HD 6670
GT 640
GTX 550 Ti
GT 650
GTX 650 Ti
HD 7750
HD 7770

Which one will give me the least amount of bottle neck and will be appropriate for my specs. Remember this is temporary im only keeping this computer for 6-8 months. Which will give the best performance per dollar on 1280X1024 max resolution on my monitor.

Go with the cheapest, any of them will actually be a big upgrade over the 6800: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/gaming-graphics-card-revi...
AFAIK the Pentium D used the LGA775 socket so the motherboard should have a PCI-E slot, but take a peek and make sure it's not AGP!

That is quite a range of cards of course the GTX 650 is still a great card that will give you great peformance. At your resolution though if money is an issue 7750 is not bad but thats only like a 20 dollar price diffrence so the 650 is worth saving the extra 20 bucks. I would deffinetly get a decent monitor before doing anything else.

Here is a great deal on somthing that has good size and good value

The 7770 is probably the best bang for the price.
7750 is good too but even the 6570 will do alright if you need cheap cheap.
