Difficulty With Fans

I've had trouble booting my computer lately. The post gives a short beep. Then, the red DRAM led flashes for a second and the red cpu LED flashes for a second. From their, the computer boots, but after about 30 seconds, it shuts off. I also noticed that the 200mm fan on the top is not spinning and if I try to spin it manually, the computer shuts off. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

The 200mm fan shouldn't have nothing to do with it, disconnect it until you fix it (most likely the fan is dirty and/or the oil in it has ran out).

As for the pc turning itself off, since it's correctly booting maybe it's overheating, turn it on, go to BIOS and check temps, if CPU temp is raising increasingly to 50ºC+ check it's cooler, could be dirty too or perhaps the thermal paste has worn off.
