I was wondering what peripherals I should buy for a future Gaming/ Video Editing PC build. I'm alright with buying two keyboards, since gaming keyboards aren't practical for typing. So I need a keyboard suitable for gaming, a mouse and a headset with a good quality mic. Any recommendations?

Thank you in advance

You can get keyboards that are good for gaming and typing, their called Cherry MX Brown switches

For a keyboard, I recommend going mechanical, they just feel good to use. Their a bunch of different keyswitches you can choose from, each with different properties. I suggest MX Brown switches as they are a good all-rounder keyswitch, but ultimately you can decide for yourself.

As for which actual keyboard to get, its going to depend on your preferences. I personally use a Ducky Shine II and love the thing, but any keyboard from the big mechanical brands (Ducky, Coolermaster, Das, Steelseries, couple more I forget) should be good. This might help you figure out which suits...

For a mouse, even more dependent on your preferences and particular hand shape.
I suggest watching this, but before you do, take not of how you are holding your current mouse.

I personally use a Razer Deathadder 2013 with a hybrid palm-claw grip, works pretty well for me.

Audio equipment, I'v been out of that loop for a while so I'm of no help there.
