I have two games that annoy me because of crashing during the games. One of them is COD: Black Ops 2 and the other one is Battlefield 3.

Here are my Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-8350
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7770
RAM: 8 GB of RAM
Harddrive: 1 TB of Space
PSU: 500W

In COD my game will just suddenly freeze while the audio is still going.. which it gets on my nerves when you're winning in Multiplayer or have the Raygun in Zombies.. or fixing to win a mission on Singleplayer... and everytime it does freeze an error will pop down below on my Taskbar saying: "Drivers has stopped working and has been restored" and obviously I have to quit the game and I loose the mood of even playing again...

On BF3, I can play about 3 minutes of multiplayer then get a DirectX error saying: "getdeviceremovedreason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("the application's device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application. This is a design-time issue that should be investigated and fixed. "). GPU: "AMD Radeon HD 7770", Driver: 13.12"

I have my drivers up to date.. I even went to the website and downloaded it and installed them that way.. Nothing is working. It only does this on these two games... and that's it. You'd expect that I could atleast play the games... :\

Solution
The only problem you'll get with 14.1 is potentially just a few bugs with mantle (I think it came out with 14.1), but you shouldn't really get anything major.
If you don't want to do it then just re-install 13.12, that should fix your problem.

I might do that.. I am very well tempted to install the AMD Catalyst 14.1 beta as well... (instead the version 13.12) but I'm just worried I am going to screw something up, but it may fix the problem.. any advice?
