Hey guys. I just wanted some opinions on a build that would total £800 with the focus on being able to upgrade effectively in the future without sacrificing performance now. I already have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and have ordered Geil Corsa (4x4gb) 16gb 1866mhz ram and windows 7 professional. I play many games, although I like rts games the most generally, so I would prefer an intel processor, unless anyone thinks amd will fit better. I would also like a decent psu with a good 12v rail and wattage so I can reuse it in a future build.

More about : build 800 1000

Also, for the case, I like the sound of the fractal r4 (no window) as it can have up to 7 140mm fans, and has decent space at a good price

Preferably, I would also like an i5 4670k if possible

Do you think the xfx 650 will be enough for the 8xx series gpus when they come out?

Probably, graphics cards nowadays are only becoming more and more efficient, and even if they consume more power I doubt it will be too much more.

Of course but I would suggest getting a 750W PSU for more upgrade space in the future.
