cmos error !!

while i was gaming suddenly the PC shuted down and when i try to run it again the fans of the gpu runs at fastest speed then i unplugged the power cable after then turn on the pc again it appeared this message

i choosed the defult then everything is fine except the time was different also the date
i want to know what is the problem so i can avoid it next time
my specs :
core 2 quad
gigabyte motherboard
gtx 760 gigabyte

Didn't read before posting.

There could be a couple of problems, for the most part it seems that the CMOS could not keep the settings. If this happens everytime the power is unplugged then you only need to change the CMOS battery.

If you continue to get blue screens then you need to look into why this is happening.

If it did not blue screen, then it might be your PSU. What model is it?
