I get an intermittent buzz in my computer speakers. It will last from a few seconds to a minute . With gaps of a few seconds to several minutes. It happened with my previous speakers also

Solution
try the speakers with a different source (try your phone, mp3 player, etcetera)

if they still buzz then perhaps an issue with the speakers.

if they dont... then it could be a low quality soundcard in your pc (or laptop?) or perhaps a bad port.

It's not Your speakers.

1. Check to see if all Your cables are plugged in tight.

2. Turn down Your PC's volume, see if that reduces it. Sometimes an amp is amplifying a noisy signal.

3. Remove any/all wall-warts (AC/DC power adapters) and wireless devices from the area. (Alternately, move the speakers into another room, and test them there.)
