My first build. I should be ordering this week unless I make more changes. I feel good about this setup. I kind of went over the budget I set for myself so if anyone could tweak it to get the price down without sacrificing TOO much performance that'd be great! I plan on using it for gaming and I plan on overclocking, probably not extreme OC though. I did not include and optical drive, a monitor, keyboard/mouse, or a HDD as I already have these parts. Please any suggestions, comments, or tweaks will be helpful before I hit the order button. Thanks alot!

Edit: Exclude the headphones from the build budget

Looks great to me, although if you could spare a bit more, go for the 8350, it'll give you a significant amount more of performance, over the 8320. Also, you don't need a 600w PSU. It's overkill for 1 760 but borderline not enough for 2x 760's if you want to upgrade later.
