This is if you want better than the 3570K/GTX 660. There are cheaper cases, which would save a few quid, but I'd not skimp on the other stuff

I'd be tempted to go for an i5 4440 and an B85 board, and spend the extra money on a gtx770/R280X or even an R290.

It will possiibly outperform an i5 4670k and a gtx760, even if overclocked.
