Hi guys,
i need some help on this. I was working on my Lenovo laptop and after a my next power up, I could not connect to the Internet via my LAN port. Here's what i did to try and solve it:
1. power down and remove the power cable from my laptop. Waited for 10 mins or so and I powered up again. The LAN network remains missing
2, Used the windows trouble shooting tools and it still does not detect the problem, must less help it.
3. reinstalled the driver for my realtek network card, An error message pops out saying "RealTek Network Controller not found. If Deep Sleep Mode please plug the cable"
I have also tried to search for a resolution to this in forum, but so far nothing worked.
Please advise. I am getting desperate.
