An
-Intel Core i3 - 4130 Haswell
-Sapphire Radeon R7-250 Boost 1GB GDDR5
- 1600x900 resolution monitor.

Or

-Intel Pentium G3220 Haswell
-Sapphire Radeon R7-260x
-1366x768 resolution monitor

Or

-Intel Pentium G3220 Haswell
-Sapphire Radeon R7-260x
-1600x900 resolution monitor
-Cheap out on the case and psu (gonna get a corsair vs450 instead of corsair cx500 or fsp raider 550w 80+ silver).

I actually am used to a 1366x768 resolution on my laptop so i can bear with a fairly low resolution but I also want to try to game on 900p.

I live in the Philippines and that is the best i can manage to come up with my current budget.

I also want to consider the upgradeability. So what do you guys think? What should I cheap out and upgrade down the line? The Cpu? Gpu? Monitor? or the case+psu?

I will really appreciate any response from you guys.

Solution
3rd option because 1600x900 is far better than 1366x768 and G3220 and R7 260X won't be a bad match and you could always upgrade to an i5 later since it's haswell

Do you agree with me that OP should get the third option and enjoy good frames now. Then upgrade to i5 4670k later when more money is available

I think the best bet would be. Get the third option and upgrade it slowly over the years when you don't have enjoyable performance in games

In general, you can usually just make sure it has the proper 6/8-pin PCIe connectors for the graphics card.

I'm guessing the card requires a single 6-pin PCIe connector. If so, and the PSU has that you should be fine.

Another option is the Antec VP450. It has a 1x6-pin PCIe connector and good reviews:

I had to buy one after the Corsair CX430 blew up on me after 30 minutes.
