how to reload the o.s (windows 8) in sony vaio e series pc

when i sign in typing my password it takes a lot of time to show the home screen displaying that 'preparing windows',after a long time(15 minutes) it shows the home screen with a message that you have been signed in with a temporary account and no files saved in your pc may be displayed, what have i to do now to fix the problem?

Guess you didn't create a Windows Repair disk when it was working? Unless you have access to another PC running W8 to create one, your only recourse is to try the Recovery Partition option. Sony normally access this with Alt plus F10 at Power on. If not post your full Model number and we'll try to find the correct one...
