Overclocking an XFX Radeon HD 7770 FX-777A-ZNJ4 Ghz Edition

Hey, here are my specs -

PSU - Corsair CX500
CPU - Intel Core i5-2300 2.8 Ghz
GPU - XFX Radeon HD 7770 FX-777A-ZNJ4 Ghz Edition
RAM - Kingston 2x2GB
MOBO- Intel DH67BL

Can i overclock the GPU without burning it or hurting it?

These settings -

are stable when using Heaven Benchmark but they are still giving me like 12 FPS and the GPU runs at 60C with a fan speed of 43%. Can it do better than that?

I don't know about yours but my Gigabyte 7770 ghz edition show's 1320MHz max for GPU Clock and 1500MHz for Memory Clock.
