5Ghz on Corei5 2500k?!?!

I'm wondering if i can overclock and maintain a Stable overclock thats near 5ghz on a corei5 2500k and if a closed loop or a Custom loop is better.

Depending on the closed loop and the CPU. If you have a good - very good CPU and have a closed loop cooler like the H105 (dual rad onwards, h105 has a thicker one than most), then you can. But really i depends how lucky you get with your CPU.
