Yesterday I started port forwarding because I had got latency problem from PS3 game.

I also have changed my primary/secondary dns server in router.

However, I do only forward port for my PS3 IP only. I do not know why I have got this problem.

Can anyone help me ?

Pirating is an act of violence or coercion backed by violence. There is nothing wrong with torrenting.

All you need to do is port forward to your PC.

#1 Assign your computer a static IP address. The default setting is "obtain address automatically", but you are going to give it an address now, make sure it is not the same as your router or PS3. Usually easiest to change the last digit.

#2 go into your router and assign an open port to your PC new static IP address
#3 use the port you have chosen as the port for your torrent program (most torrent programs may choose a port randomly).
