Can dirt on the circuits affect gaming performance?

If some dirt slips under my touchpad and it sticks to the circuits on the motherboard that connect everything, will it affect my gaming performance?

In all the years I have been in the computer repair business I have cleaned more dust and gunk out of computers than what is necessary. I have yet to see it be the cause of a component failure except in 1 very special case. It will only affect your performance if it gets in the CPU fan/heatsink but then you will notice this right away as the computer will start running hot (assuming this is a laptop) it will collect dust in every small space inside of it, there is no way around it and it will not harm the computer just take some compressed air once a year and blow out the vent ports on the bottom and side of it and you will be OK

No but a buildup of grime under the touch-pad may cause it to become unresponsive (rare). As mentioned compressed air will do the job or for ground in dirt use cillit bang, no joking use some Isoclene-Isopropyl alcohol for the tricky ground in stuff.

and if there is a sticky stuff that is sticked to the circuits and that have to be cleaned manually? I don't mean sticked on the graphic card of CPU, just sticked to the motherboard and general circuits?

Use Isoclene-Isopropyl alcohol or rubbing alcohol (as it evaporates and is safe to use on electronic equipment) and an antistatic lint free cloth or a small paint brush (clean and a new one not a used brush). Apply GENTLE pressure when cleaning. Dont use De-greasers or other cleaners or you will knacker the circuits or remove the protective coating on the PCB.

Thank you. I will definitely clean it. But the main thing that concerns me is that I have this image in my head that there is a dirt on the circuits that communicate between my graphic card (gt650m sli) to the motherboard and the dirt causes that there is only a portion of performance transformed. Like the clock of GPU is 789mhz and dirt that is between communication circtuis causes that motherboard recognizes only portion of it (50% for ex). is that possible?

Not unless there is damage to the board, It generally wont cause a loss in performance. If there is damage to the circuit track then the circuit will have higher resistance which will generate slightly more heat in the affected area which in turn will cause a burn on the board and break the circuit all together. All boards now have a coating on them to prevent this so dirt on the board usually wont do much harm.
