So I am suddenly having quite a few issues with my computer and I'm hoping for some feedback so I can get this resolved. Yesterday I was playing a game and my computer out of the blue just rebooted. After it did this it seemed to work fine for an hour or so then it happened again. This time on the reboot I was greeted with a message that I believe said something about an OC failure and it had me press f1 to enter bios. I had no idea what to change so I just exited without changes and it booted again for about 30 minutes it ran fine. Once again however the computer screen went black and the computer shut down. This time it seemed like it tried to boot itself up again then shutdown after a few seconds and rebooted again. At this point all the fans sounded like they were running at max speed and nothing was showing on the screen. I tried rebooting a few times but each time the fans would run on high and nothing would show on the screen. I finally gave up and just turned the computer off and figured I'd try to troubleshoot it later. At this time I though maybe my PSU took a dump on me or it was a heat issue although I've never had one in the past. A little while later I came back hit the power button and it booted back to that OC failure screen and this time going into bios I selected load optimized settings. Again this worked and the computer booted like normal however now the keyboard does not work. I have tried both a wireless keyboard as well as a USB keyboard, both work fine in the bios but do not work once I get to windows login. I've searched the web and tried a few things such as making sure legacy USB was enabled in the bios, all USB ports seem to be working fine as I've plugged my mouse into each of them with no issues, in the device manager the keyboard item has an exclamation point next to it and I've tried right clicking it and uninstalling then restarting and plugging it in. The computer detects it but each time it still has the exclamation point. my wireless keyboard has a button for the calculator on it and when logged into windows it works and the calculator pops up but the keys don't type, not sure what to do at this point. Oh I failed to mention on the times when my computer rebooted with the fans running at high speed, on the motherboard the boot_load_device led was lit up but I removed my graphics card and that's how I got the computer to boot again. I have since put the card back in and haven't seen that red LED lit up. I think that's about all I can think of regarding this issue. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Not sure if formatting the computer might fix this but I'm thinking about doing that. also my motherboard has no ps2 slot so I have not been able to try my older keyboard. Both keyboards I've tried are Logitech models Y-RCP140 and K120.

My computer is a few years old and here are the specs:
Running windows 8
Intel core i7 2600k
Asus P6Z68-V GEN3 motherboard
16GB corsair vengeance
Nivea geforce 760 GTX

Thanks in advance for any help!
