Hi,
I think thats a pretty good build, but if you tell me your budget maybe i could do a better one.
The things i would say are :
1. Give more for the PSU. Its one of the most important parts of the PC.
2. Why do you spend so much on the motherboard? Are you going to overclock?
3. I dont see a case, hopefull you have one :D
4. The 760 is not so good, but if your budget is low ( i dont think so, you picked up the 4670k ) its a good solution.

Getting a 1TB HDD will cost you about $8 more than a 500GB HDD, I'd change that. Aside from this, everything else looks pretty good.

My budget was under 1000$ and I sold my laptop for 450$.
Ya I going to get Corsair 80Plus Gold RM 650.
Motherboard I wanted something that could last me and with 5 year warranty.
It the first thing i mention lol. CoolerMaster Storm Enforce Case
Not really going to game much so i think 760 is good enough.
4670k was only $20 extra

Don't worry about the 760, it can max every current game at 1080p, so you really don't need more, right now. Plus if you're willing to go down from ultra to high and so on, you'll be able to make it last a few years while keeping on getting newer games.

Why do you lie? Have you tested it? Its not going to max everything.

Because I personally tested it because I have two of those in my system, sir. I wanted to know what a single one of those would be able to do, and from Crysis 3 to Metro Last Light, to Battlefield 4, Bioshock Infinite, Rome Total War 2, there's a lot of games that I tested on it, and I kept getting 60 FPS (with v-sync) on ultra, except for Crysis and Metro which I got just a little above 30 on both. On 1080p.
But think that I lie if you want to, sir.
