Need your expert advise with NZXT HUE Installation on NZXT Phantom 530.

Hi All,

Warm Greetings..

I am trying to install the NZXT HUE RGB LED Lighting in my NZXT Phantom 530 case.
Can you please suggest which would be the best way to install.
I have this in my mind.
Please see the image.Will this be the best way to install.

Dear, I don't think you should install it on the outer border as shown in the pic. Try to paste the LED strip to your side panel in any shape that you want and then connect it with HUE LED power connector. Purpose is to shower the case inside with any color combination that your want so better stick it to the side panel on the inner side.

But wait this would mean every time you've to remove side panel you would have to disconnect the LED power connector. That is quite pain. You may consider pasting it on the inner side of the borders of the case. Borders where the side panel is fixed upon. I hope you would get it,

Hi EasyLover,

Thank you for sharing your opinion.
As you said ,my intention is to install it on the inner side of the case close to the removable side panel.
I will not install it on the removable side fan panel or plate.
In the picture it will exactly sit behind the BLUE LINE or at backside of the BLUE LINE.
It is difficult for me to show it in the diagram. But are my start and end points make more good sense ? or Do I need to start it somewhere at the bottom right corner ?

Because the LED strip will be hidden so it really does not really matter from it should begin. But it must end at the LED Power Connector point. What you can do is to start at the bottom right side and leave the front side as it is. There would hardly be any difference in lighting though.

Rest is your choice.

As suggested.I tried the way you said.The LED cable is long enough.So I ended it at b. in the image.
The cable starts at a. and ends at b. at c. and d. I tied the cable to the case.You will not notice it.(Just for precaution that the adhesive may become loose and the cable may not fall on the parts.
