USB Wifi adapters not working on new Windows 7 install

So I have a very annoying issue on my new build. After installing Windows 7 I was dissapointed to find that both USB Wifi adapters that I own fail to install drivers when I plug in. The first time I got a message saying they couldn't be installed now they just down work. Every other usb device seems to work fine apart from this. Is there anything I can do to make them work so I can at least have internet?

Thanks, managed to get the drivers installed from a thumb drive. Internet up and running and windows updates seem to have fixed everything.
