Can R7-250 max out Dota 2?

GPU: The R7-250 1gb ddr5 128bit

Here's what I wanna do:
1. Play dota 2 at high settings, all ON.
2. Game is playable with 60fps Vsynced.
3. Fps stays @ 58-60 stable at any game situation.

Can my R7-250 do it?
His buddies are:
> Intel G2030
> 4gb ddr3 1333
> 19" Screen (1366*768)

yes, im on a 720P gaming with my 1366x768 Screen,.
i just want to make sure if the R7-250 1gb ddr5 128bit (together with Intel G2030, 4gb ddr3 1333 memory) can run Dota 2 @all High Settings VSYNCED with stable 60 FPS,. coz if not, i can just choose the gtx 650 but if the r7-250 can do it, then no need for gtx 650 coz its also 400 bucks price difference here in our place.
