That's fine although I don't know why you would want to SLI on your first build, especially with an older card like the gtx 660. I would say get a GTX 770 instead and then you can SLI with that in the future. Also I prefer Intel CPUs, an i5-4670k would be better imo.

So if I do the 770 route single gpu would it be able to play some of the new releases such as; Watch Dogs, BattleField 4, etc. On Ultra or High graphics? If so would it be smoother than the SLI 660s?
