Hi can anyone help please?, the problem is I got my stepson a pc for Xmas and just got him guild wars 2 but when he puts it on it goes straight to a loading screen and takes about 4 hours to load, I expected that on the first go but not each time. I thought maybe the game wasn't saving but he says his character is saved and where he was last time so? I tried a google search but only came up with loading screens taking 2mins. He has intel i5 3330, 1tb hard drive ,8gv ram, gtx760 and that's about as much as I know, thank you for any help you can give with this
