Core i5 4670 + gtx 650 ti boost

I'm planning to buy the intel core i5 4670 processor with asus nvidia GeForce gtx 650 ti boost direct CU 2 OC and 8 GB RAM.. Just wanted to know if my rig will get bottlenecked or not?? If yes suggest me some.... Pls help
 
Solution
GTX 760 is possibly the best value card to game at your resolution. I think the 650Ti should be able to handle mid settings at 1080p but higher than that, not sure.

The cpu won't bottleneck the GPU, like I said it can handle much stronger GPUs. Your computer will be GPU bottlenecked, but that is not a bad thing actually. You can get a better GPU right now with a lesser CPU for the same money but that will limit your upgrade options in the future. Or if you can really afford it get a higher GPU with that CPU. What resolution do you use for gaming? What kind of game settings are tolerable for you? Is that PC mainly for gaming or for other purposes as well and what are they?

Here is the thing, the third generating i5 CPUs are pretty strong so it is VERY improbable that they will bottleneck a lower mid-range or mid range card. Are you upgrading your motherboard as well?
