I'm trying to reformat my external hard drive to work with my ps3 but I don't have the option for the format I need. Is there anyway to get the right format or do I just have to get a different external?

What are you using to format it? A PC? If so, what operating system is it running? What is the option for the format you need? What format are you trying to give it?
