My computer wont download or install anything

Ive had my computer for awhile now and I have anti virus and antimalware on it. I cannot download anything at all updates, driver software, iTunes or anything. I am logged on as an admin, and I am attached to the internet. My cd/dvd drive has a yellow triangle with an exclamation point on it, and everytime I run the troubleshooter and try to fix it it wont. How can I fix this?

try this...go to device manager and uninstall the cd/dvd drive.
Do a refresh ( scan for hardware changes).

If that dosent work, then try installing/uninstalling applications in safe mode.

Which antivirus and malware do u have? You can also try running an online scan.

If that dosent work, then try a windows repair with the windows cd.

I have Malwarebytes and Avira and I don't think I have the windows cd anymore.
